3rd Party Solutionstheotherpotential.com uses the 3rd party service solution PayPal for secure online credit card payments. As third party services, PayPal ensures the security of the payment solution. Please refer to Paypal (www.paypal.com) to read more about the services specifically.
The registration to a course at The Other Potential is binding. As a registrant you are personally responsible for the cost of the course (local VAT may apply).
The course fee is not refundable. The fee must be paid in full no later than 1 month before the start of the course to secure your seat.
If you are unable to attend, another person can take your seat at no extra cost.
If you need to transfer your registration to a later date, the following terms apply:
- Up to 2 weeks before the course start – A fee of 10% of the total tuition will be charged
- Less than 2 weeks before the course start – No rescheduling permitted*
*Exception is made for illness proved by a doctor’s certificate (the participant can transfer to another course date).
If you need to cancel your registration, the following terms apply: Within 4 weeks before the course start – 95% of the total tuition will be refunded *Within 2 weeks before the course start – 90% of the total tuition will be refunded *1 week before the course start – no refund permitted
*Exception is made for illness proved by a doctor’s certificate (the participant will be refunded 90% of total tuition)
Cancellation by The Other Potential
We reserve the right to cancel a course due to low enrollment up to one month before the course starts. Keep this in mind when making travel plans. You will be notified by phone or email if this is the case. You may join a different course at no extra cost, or you may receive a full refund.
